Every day we are working, everyone must working, we are working to rolling this society, rolling this world(or this planet).
That’s not easy work, and more complicated nowadays.
Why.
Because we are now open, we are working now with more people with difference culture, difference language, difference level…
So to work with a most difference type of people, we are must open, open to talk, open to listen, open mind.
There is nothing to add if everybody willing to open, but none. At least one time we will work with someone who doesn’t open or who don’t the same field to open. Surely we like to work but seem we have a problem to open or to find the same open.
Looks like the problem comes from the recruiter or someone else. But No, the problem comes from any one who are working and this is our time to think about our responsibility.
Everyone must know their roles before working, what they can do, what they care about. Same the puzzle, everyone is a single piece of the puzzle, and the successful company is to complete a larger puzzle and this is not just to get 1 million dollars. It’s not foremost cause when they can finish a larger puzzle, their value maybe more than 1 billion dollars, but they may don’t care about that anymore.
Everyone must take their time to think, about what they can do, and what they care about. It’s not superabundant, even to repeat it’s a thousand times it’s still worth cause the the society and the world(planet) alway changes. These questions make us to adapt with the environment when it’s changes.

Work is tired
Environment changes, worker will changes also, If they cannot adaptable, they leave out or they are working with tired. Working with tired become normally for some time but it’s usually rolling into their mind that is a problem, problem for theirself and for others who they are working with.
Everything we are thinking will show of on our face, our eye and the air around us. If tired come usually by work that will effect with our thinking, and our body and as soon as other people.
Work is tired but make it enjoyable
Work is tired cause may be their work doesn’t meet with their interests so even they are finish their work, they are still not happy. What we need to do is know what we are work for and what is the benifits of this work.
That’s sound seems to be easy to talk but If recruiter and worker doesn’t speak clearly their need that will lean with the misunderstand. So if If recruiter and worker can know clear what they are need that will lead with the understand. So they are must take time to solitude and remind their self.

Recruitment is really a hard job
They must find any resource, any person to meet with the company requirements. But there is a thousand person out there with a thousand skills different and it’s not easy to scroll their mouse every day.
But skills can upgrade faster and salary doesn’t important if the interest and the benefit can fit in with worker.
Recruitment is really a hard job but it’s interesting
Anyone can be a recruiter when they find someone to work for or to date for that they are a recruiter. They have the chance to interact with more people. If they are a professional they are more like to listening, more like to understanding. This can lead them to anywhere in this world for just these skills.
So Instead of asking the candidate the answers, you are expecting, show what your company is talking about every day. We both find people who can speak with the same subject, not to find people who are not to speak on the same subject even the same language.
**Real worker will know**
Here is some view of point a Real Worker will know.
- A Real Worker have a playing stuff, they know their playing rules, they know when to play, when to work. They know if they want to be the first one winner they should join some of competitions instead working with the playing mind.
- A Real Worker if have a family with their own kid know when to take care of their kid, when to work. They know their kid needs their space and they are also. They know if they care their kid they should be a stay with them instead working with the kidding mind.
- A Real Worker know they should work with the Real Worker, they have sense to know who want to work, who don’t want to work. They care work really mean, why they work and work for what. They are afraid to working for task endless tasks that may lead them not to see the Sun anyone.
